We respect your privacy. Apex Keyboard is designed to provide custom keyboard features, creative typing tools, and optional AI-powered writing functionality while limiting the collection of personal information.

Information We Collect

Apex Keyboard may collect basic app usage and diagnostic information, such as crash reports, performance data, feature usage, app version, device type, and operating system version. This information helps us improve stability, performance, and the overall user experience.

If AI-powered features are used, the text you choose to process may be sent to our service providers in order to generate the requested result. We do not use this text to identify you personally.

Keyboard Input

Apex Keyboard does not collect everything you type. Text is only processed when required for a specific feature, such as an AI rewrite, proofreading, or similar action that you intentionally request.

Some keyboard features may require Full Access on iOS in order to function properly. Full Access may be needed for features such as network-based AI tools, subscriptions, analytics, or other advanced functionality.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the app is used, diagnose bugs, improve performance, and make product decisions. These tools may collect technical information about your device and app usage.
